Matt Schreiber, Hiring Coordinator

Matt Schreiber (he/him) is MPG’s Hiring Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining and coordinating MPG's end-to-end hiring process. As the Hiring Coordinator, Matt serves as the central point of coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle, partnering closely with applicants, leadership, hiring managers, and other team members to support effective hiring practices that align with organizational needs.

Matt has a background in music administration and education, and has worked as an orchestra hiring coordinator in Maine and a classroom instructor at the City College of New York. Originally from the Capital District, he and his family moved from New Orleans to Rhinecliff in 2017. Matt has been a performing accordionist for two decades and recently completed a master’s degree in music from the City University of New York. He is a volunteer firefighter for the Rhinecliff Fire Company and a student of foreign languages and martial arts.
