Soma Wingelaar (she/her) provides a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for people to understand themselves. Focusing on individual strengths and agency is a key component to the collaborative work she looks forward to doing with others. Navigating life’s struggles (and joys!) can be challenging and she is invested in practical tools for understanding one’s goals and managing anxiety.
Katherine Young, LMHC, Clinical Supervisor
Katherine Young (she/her) approaches the sacred work of therapy from a spirit of presence. She believes that what brings you in and what you want to explore lead therapist and client down a path together. She aims to journey with you, offering support where needed, mirroring your integral wholeness, and allowing you to guide. Katherine offers questions, inquiries, and explorations along the way.
