Katharine Sidelnik, LMSW (she/they) is a holistic psychotherapist working with teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of issues including anxiety, trauma, and depression. Katharine draws from trauma-informed and somatic modalities, the humanistic approach, nondual wisdom traditions, and anti-oppressive frameworks that empower individuals to (re)connect with themselves, community, and the world around us. Sheila Shidnia, MT-BC, MFT-LP
Sheila Shidnia (she/her) holds board certification as a music therapist and has undergone post-graduate training in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University, Sheila's practice is enriched by her extensive background.
Jim Tinger, LCSW, Clinical Supervisor
Jim Tinger (he/him) believes in an empathetic approach and employs a strength-based perspective that facilitates a caring and nurturing environment to clients of all ages. Jim enjoys working with adults and specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and those with mild autism, to name a few. He has worked in substance abuse counseling, and has facilitated groups in a variety of settings.
Veronica Vaganov, LMSW
Veronica Vaganov (she/her) takes a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy, collaborating with clients to explore and connect with their innate strengths and healing abilities. In her work with children, Veronica provides a creative and nurturing environment, facilitating growth in self-awareness, self-confidence, and emotional regulation.

Katherine Young (she/her) approaches the sacred work of therapy from a spirit of presence. She believes that what brings you in and what you want to explore lead therapist and client down a path together. She aims to journey with you, offering support where needed, mirroring your integral wholeness, and allowing you to guide. Katherine offers questions, inquiries, and explorations along the way.
